New listings – 134 of which 107 are actually homes or condos and of those 15 already have accepted purchase contracts.
107 new residential listings and a total of 140 pending reflects the problems we’re having with the real estate market in Cincinnati today. Too few new listings, the ones that are priced right are selling immediately and we’re not getting enough new listings to stay ahead of demand.
Other fun numbers: Price Increases- some are leases where the rents increased, some are new construction and the rest are seller driven. Seller driven price increases are interesting and not many pay off with a purchase contract.
