Until this week the weather and mortgage interest rates have been cooperating with the real estate market.  The hardest thing to overcome is the continued shortage of homes for sale in our area.  Anxious sellers are concerned that if their home sells quickly- they have no place to move.  While this is a huge issue, temporary housing arrangements have become the “in thing” in this market.  Short term rentals on furnished and unfurnished homes and apartments are available.
