January 2017 flipped numbers compared to January 2016. Last year Hamilton and Butler Counties sales started slowly -this year Clermont and Warren Counties are sluggish.
According to the Cincinnati Multiple Listing Service has only 567 condos listed for sale
Sales volume comparing year-to-date in the 4 counties is a mixed bag.. Data pulled from the CincyMLS.
The CincyMLS covers all the surrounding counties (as far north as Dayton) and sale prices do vary by areas. As you’ll see the average sale price in the counties but Warren has increased from the same time frame last year.

The lack of condos (and single family homes) for sale continues to drag on the local real estate market. Winter weather has been very kind to the local Cincinnati real estate market and mortgage interest rates remain very low. The spring market has begun but some areas may not see great sales numbers because they don’t have enough “units” for sale at this time.
