Cincinnati real estate highlights that January condo sales spiked in 2 counties when comparing 2015 to 2016.
Lots of lookers are hitting Sunday open houses and “agent showings” are brisk. Currently buyers have 853 active listings for condos available for purchase. And yes the low number of listings continues to cause problems because buyers are getting discouraged.
Sales volume comparing year-to-date in the 4 counties. Data pulled from the CincyMLS.
The year is off to a great start in Clermont and Warren Counties. Hopefully as more sellers decide it’s time to list their condo sales will increase in all the counties. And while the sales volume in Butler County is lower this January the increase in the average sale price is a welcome trend.

Weather, interest rates and rising rents are fueling buyers into the condo market. The biggest drawback has been and will continue to be the shortage of condos for sale.
