Market Update on Homes for Sale in Greater Cincinnati Townships

The lastest market update on homes for sale in greater Cincinnati shows 2 townships enjoying higher median list prices.

The winter/holiday market is here and some sellers are stepping back and waiting to make price adjustments after the new year.  Even though showings are down- waiting to drop to a competive price isn’t really a good marketing strategy. Buyers who opt to house hunt and not the malls for Black Friday specials are serious about buying- so sellers need to be serious about selling.  Mortgage interest rates remain low and the number of homes and condos for sale is also low in some areas.  Get an up-to-date market review from your Realtor(C) and make an informed pricing decision.
