More buyers are appearing at Sunday open houses and, in general house hunting activity is climbing. Data pulled from the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati shows that potential buyers have 7406– single family homes and 1223 –a significant decrease in the number of homes and condos available – in short we need more listings.
The majority of the townships are experiencing a lower median list price for single family homes and a stable or slightly higher range for condos. The polar vortex of cold and snow has slowed showings -but warmer weather is around the corner. Look for new real estate signs to start popping up around your neighborhoods soon.
