Last month’s report reflected increase in gross sales volume for single family homes in all four counties and according to the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati overall sales volume continues to beat last year’s numbers- but the average sale price is softening. [table “” not found /]
The high ticket sales in each of the counties are, in most cases, ahead of last year which indicates that some of the buyers who had been waiting for a recovery are beginning to spend money….whether the spending effect trickles down to the lower price ranges will be a good indicator of what the winter real estate market.
