Pending sales for August reflect continuing interest in the local real estate market. By county the number of pending sales for single family homes and condos:
Real estate activity in some of Cincinnati’s larger townships seems to reflect sellers making adjustments to the current market with several townships dropping the median list price on both condos and single family homes. Competition for buyer’s eyes and wallets continues between the newly listed properties and the ones that have been on the market for some time. The data pulled from the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati shows that potential buyers have 9222 -a drop in the number single family homes and 1342 – also a drop in the number of condos – since the last township report.
Nationally, pending sales have been impacted by the rising interest rates-but our market seems to be holding fairly steady. The final numbers for August should be published by the Cincy MLS soon.
