Real estate activity in Cincinnati’s larger townships shows winners and losers during the last few weeks.  Median list prices continue to fluctuate for both the single family home and condo markets.   According to the list below the current supply of homes/condos would take between 4-6+ months to sell -given current “market” conditions.  The number of months of inventory by county:

  • Butler- 4.76
  • Clermont- 6.04
  • Hamilton – 6.00
  • Warren – 4.06

Each new listing adds to your competition and sellers need to stay in touch with the daily ups and downs -adjusting your listing price accordingly.  The data pulled from the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati shows that potential buyers have 9346 -13 more single family homes and 1370 – a drop in the number of condos to buy- since the last township report.
