2018 home sales update for greater Cincinnati. The number of homes for sale continues to decline.  After a few good listing months in late summer/early fall of 2018 Cincinnati has fewer homes for sale than last year at this time.  Comparing the average sale price for single-family homes during 2017 ($207,582) to 2018 ($220,878) our area experienced an increase of +6.1%.
