Single-family home sales in Cincinnati are up 5.3%! 

The number a seller should focus on is Median Days on Market, which is up from March. Properties are on the market a little longer.

The Median Sale price and Active Inventory both increased.   

Sales volume is up slightly. We still have a very robust real estate market – don’t believe everything you hear and see on social media.
