Looking for a single -family home within a certain school district? 

House hunting by school district is fairly common within the greater Cincinnati real estate market.

So, as many of you have requested, I’m adding median list prices for 7 of the larger school districts.  Many of the highlighted districts cover several neighborhoods -for example, the Princeton School District covers Sharonville, Springdale, Evendale, and Glendale.  

Some buyers assume all properties in a given neighborhood are in the same school district, but most school districts are not perfectly square or rectangular.  If the school district is your primary concern, make sure you and your agent search by school district and not by suburb codes.

Each area, and neighborhood within each school district, has unique pricing characteristics-make sure you look at not only the average/median list prices but also the absorption rate and the prices of recently sold properties.
