Mortgage interest rates are in the news again!

Pundits are predicting more home sales as buyers have more leverage to purchase.  That might be true in some areas but in most cases home inventory remains low.  What is happening is a lot of over pricing with sellers adjusting to market demand within a week or two of listing.

Market demand equates to lowering list prices to a more reasonable level.
