February Single Family Home sales for February 2024 inched up!

The average sale price is up and the number of listings is increasing (just slightly).

During February the average sale price for the entire MLS was $389,419 for single-family homes.

The highest sale price was $3,200,000 and one listing was actually on the market for 552 days before closing in February.
