The CincyMLS suffered a cyber attack and has been out of service for almost 2 weeks.

The local real estate companies in Greater Greater all rely on the vendor’s software to have a functional MLS.

The last 2 weeks have been hectic and frustrating for everybody.  Realtors® have limited resources to publicize new listings or price changes.  Appraisers cannot perform appraisals without up-to-date mls information. Rapatoni, the vendor struck by the cyber attack is working with the FBI to clear the threat and so far- no personal data has been compromised.

Greater Cincinnati is fortunate to have a dynamic Board and awesome MLS staff.  A fix is in the works to get Realtors® up and running- but like all major fixes- it won’t happen overnight.
