According to the Realty Alliance Report:
“Hamilton, Butler, Clermont, and Warren Counties’ home sales were up +7.6% in June 2023 from May 2023 but were down -20.7% compared to June 2022.”

“The days on the market increased 50% to 3 days but remained steady with June 2022, with no change with single-family residences and condominiums standing at the three days on the market.”
“New listings are up in June 2023 by 2.4% from May 2023 but down 21.2% from June last year.”
“Active inventory increased 8.8% to 2497 from May 2023 but dropped 4.4% from June 2022.”
“The market is still tight with 0.9 months of supply.”
