The median sales price in February 2023 was $250,000, up 3.52% from $241,500 from the previous month and 2.04% higher than $245,000 from February 2022.
The February 2023 median sales price was at its highest level compared to February 2022 and 2021. The average sales price in February 2023 was $308,014, up 6.25% from $289,888 from the previous month and 4.74% higher than $294,074 from February 2022.
