Real estate sales aren’t in the same category as lotteries- although the last few years it seemed your chances of scoring an accepted contract were a million-to-one odds.
Using the Realty Alliance of Greater Cincinnati MLS system it’s obvious some neighborhoods had more homes to sell and hit the top 10 list due to the number of sales. Different areas would make the lists if I pulled numbers by dollar volume. It’s important to remember the last few years (especially 2021 ) there just weren’t enough homes available for all the buyers.
The list below reflects a little shuffling of placement and due to a lack of inventory fewer sales overall. The chart compares 2021 to 2022:

Looking to buy in a busy neighborhood be prepared to probably pay a little more. Really depends on the condition of the property. For sellers looking for top dollar? Also, on most deals inspections are being waived and homes need to appraise.
