First look at December single-family home sales for the Greater Cincinnati area.
It appears the higher interest rates continue to impact local real estate sales. The good news in general is both buyers and sellers are learning how to negotiate again

The December 2022 median sales price was at its highest level compared to December 2021 and 2020. The average sales price in December 2022 was $292,105, down -3.16% from $301,638 from the previous month and 3.32% higher than $282,707 from December 2021.
