The median sales price in August is up 8.0% from July 2022 to $270,000. This is 6.1% higher than in August 2021. 1,762 listings closed in August, down 17.2% from July 2022.

August 2022 listings closed with 2,324, up 0.1 %, and down 15.1% from August 2021. The number of new listings is down 16.8% from the prior year, but only 1.1% from July 2022.

August ended the month with 2,237 units of active inventory, up 7.4% from August 2021 and 1.0% from July 2022.
