May single-family home sales continue to soar but show signs of slowing – a bit.
The overview below shows real estate activity from January 2022 to May 2022. You will see data comparisons between May and the previous month, the last three months, and May 2021.
Some data shows an increase in price reductions. And more homes reappeared as “Back on Market” after the sale. In the last 7 days, the Greater Cincinnati Realty Alliance MLS reported 85 properties back on the market and 163 price reductions.
