March Property sales were 222, down -10.5% from 248 in March of 2021 and 24.7% higher than the 178 sales last month. March 2022 sales were at a mid-level compared to March 2021 and 2020. March YTD sales of 584 are running -2.7% behind last year’s year-to-date sales of 600.
The Median Sales Price in March was $195,000, up 25.8% from $155,000 in March of 2021 and up 11.4% from $175,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in March was $234,120, up 23.3% from $189,827 in March of 2021 and up 13.7% from $205,836 last month.
March 2022 ASP was at its highest level compared to March 2021 and 2020
The average Days On Market(DOM) shows how many days the average Property is on the Market before it sells. An upward trend in DOM tends to indicate a move towards more of a Buyer’s market, a downward trend a move towards more of a Seller’s market.
The DOM for March was 20, down -20.0% from 25 days last month and down -28.6% from 28 days in March of last year. The March 2022 DOM was at its lowest level compared with March 2021 and 2020
