First Peek at November Home Sales in Greater Cincinnati

Home sales slowed again!

Pumpkins turning into a tasty pie.   Sale prices for single-family homes are not skyrocketing but buyers are still frustrated.

First look at the single-family home sales through the end of November 2021:

November Property sales were 1,730, down -11.3% from 1,950 in November of 2020 and -21.9% lower than the 2,214 sales last month. November 2021 sales were at a mid-level compared to November of 2020 and 2019. November YTD sales of 22,285 are running 3.2% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 21,602.

According to the National Association of Realtors® the numbers through October.  (Always a month behind)

NAR reports:  “October 2021 brought 6.34 million in sales, a median sales price of $353,900, and 2.4 months of inventory. The median sales price is up 13.1% year over year, and inventory is down 12% from October 2020.”
