Closings from August and early September sales.   As the number of listings goes up so does the number of showings and contracts.   

According to Multiple Listing of Greater Cincinnati- roughly 1900 single-family homes for sale and 3300 pending sales.  Cincinnati is still low on listings and there’s a lot of buyer competition.
