Sometimes I feel like the character in the Progressive ad about becoming my parents.  I remember buying a home in 1981 and having a great mortgage deal through the builder at 14%.

The lack of homes for sale and super-low interest rates are fueling this crazy housing market.  And while rates have are way down even compared to last year some things never change.  Borrowers with the highest credit scores usually get the lowest interest rates.  So if your credit score needs help start working with your lender or bank to improve scores.
