The top ten Cincinnati home sales closing in June drove market prices even higher.

The top 10 home sales for the region in June hit an average sales price of  $2,163000.  June 2021 is up +20% over June 2020.  The highest-priced award goes to June of 2021 with a sale price of $3,025,000.

In 2020 the list prices for the top ten sales ranged from $1,399,000 to a high of $3,095,000.  2021 listing prices climbed even higher ranging from $1,699,000 to $3,249,000.  Last June the Days-on-Market for the top ten averaged 112 days.  In 2021 the average DOM was 37.

The top ten most expensive home sales in 202 included properties in Indian Hill, Mason, Mt. Adams, Lemon Twp, and the East End.  2021’s top ten were mostly concentrated in Indian Hill followed by Hyde Park, Deerfield Twp., Mt Lookout, Anderson, and Mt. Adams.
