Home sales slowed during June.
First look at the single-family home sales through the end of June 2021:
June Property sales were 1,847, down -18.9% from 2,277 in June of 2020 and -12.6% lower than the 2,113 sales last month. June 2021 sales were at their lowest level compared to June of 2020 and 2019. June YTD sales of 10,602 are running 5.7% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 10,027.
