Home sales slowed during May. 

First look at the single-family home sales through the end of May 2021:

May Property sales were 1,865, up 5.7% from 1,765 in May of 2020 and -6.3% lower than the 1,991 sales last month. May 2021 sales were at a mid-level compared to May of 2020 and 2019. May YTD sales of 8,516 are running 8.3% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 7,862
