First look at the single-family home sales through the end of April 2021:
April Property sales were 1,749, up 3.1% from 1,697 in April of 2020 and -6.2% lower than the 1,864 sales last month. April 2021 sales were at a mid-level compared to April of 2020 and 2019. April YTD sales of 6,406 are running 5.1% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 6,097.
