March 2021 posting sluggish home sales. 

Winter’s cold blast impacting the local housing market. 

First look at the single-family home sales through the end of March 2021:

March Property sales were 1,673, down -6.2% from 1,783 in March of 2020 and 19.4% higher than the 1,401 sales last month. March 2021 sales were at their lowest level compared to March of 2020 and 2019. March YTD sales of 4,463 are running 1.4% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 4,400.
