February 2021 home sales took a dive after a great December 2020.
Winter’s cold blast impacting the local housing market.
First look at the single-family home sales through the end of February 2021:
February Property sales were 1,206, down -14.4% from 1,409 in February of 2020 and -12.3% lower than the 1,375 sales last month. February 2021 sales were at their lowest level compared to February of 2020 and 2019. February YTD sales of 2,581 are running -1.4% behind last year’s year-to-date sales of 2,617.
According to the National Association of Realtors® the numbers through January. (Always a month behind)
