January 2021 home sales took a dive after a great December 2020.
Year=to-date sales are ahead compared to last year!
First look at the single-family home sales through the end of January 2021:
January Property sales were 1,472, up +8.1% from 1,362 in January of 2020 and -35.5% lower than the 2,282 sales last month. January 2021 sales were at their highest level compared to January of 2020 and 2019. January YTD sales of 1,472 are running +8.1% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 1,362.
