December 2020 home sales were down slightly from last month.

Year=to-date sales are ahead compared to last year!

First look at the single-family home sales through the end of December 2020:

December Property sales were 1,884, up +12.3% from 1,678 in December of 2019 and -3.1% lower than the 1,944 sales last month. December 2020 sales were at their highest level compared to December of 2019 and 2018. December YTD sales of 23,598 are running +3.1% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 22,899.
