As we push 2020 off the calendar and welcome 2021 a song from the Sound of Music fits the bill.  “So Long Farewell”.

If you’re too young to remember “So Long, Farewell” is a song from Rodgers and Hammerstein’s 1959 musical, The Sound of Music.  It showcased a family’s charming children singing good night to their parent’s guests.

While our singing may not be as delightful I think we’ll all be happy to let parts of 2020 fade from our memories.

As we cheer in 2021 remember to not forget the people around us needing a helping hand to survive in 2021.
