First Look at Cincinnati’s November 2020 Home Sales

November 2020 home sales were down from last month.
First look at the single-family home sales through the end of N0vember 2020:
November Property sales were 1,719, up +1.9% from 1,687 in November of 2019 and -25.0% lower than the 2,293 sales last month. November 2020 sales were at a mid-level compared to November of 2019 and 2018. November YTD sales of 21,468 are running +1.2% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 21,220.
The MLS of Greater Cincinnati publishes final numbers later this month.
According to the National Association of Realtors® the numbers through October. (Always a month behind)
