A continued dip in Cincinnati home sales compared to September 2020.
First look at the single-family home sales through the end of October 2020:
October Property sales were 2,170, up +7.2% from 2,025 in October of 2019 and -6.0% lower than the 2,309 sales last month. October 2020 sales were at their highest level compared to October of 2019 and 2018. October YTD sales of 19,621 are running +0.5% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 19,533.
