A little dip in Cincinnati home sales compared to August 2020.
First look at the single-family home sales through the end of September 2020:
September Property sales were 2,035, up +6.6% from 1,909 in September of 2019 and -17.3% lower than the 2,460 sales last month. September 2020 sales were at their highest level compared to September of 2019 and 2018. September YTD sales of 17,170 are running -1.9% behind last year’s year-to-date sales of 17,508.
