Sales/closings continue to be robust. The local market is still suffering from too few homes for sale. Not bad if you’re a seller wanting to sell.
May home sales were down -5.8% from June 2019 and +29.4% higher than last month.

The median sale price rose +5.9% compared to June 2019 and up +3.8% from last month. The average sale price was up +4.2% from June 2019 and up +6.6% from last month.

The Days on Market (DOM) for June was 28 which is the same as last month. And down – 6.7% from June 2019. It’s still a seller’s market!
