Real estate is local!

The National Association of Realtors® and the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors recently released home sales numbers for May 2020.  As expected sales are down as the average sale prices rise.

However real estate is local and the amount of homes for sale in Greater Cincinnati is way below the national average.
