Are homebuyers venturing out to look at homes and condos in Greater Cincinnati during the “shelter-in-place”?

The chart shows how the number of showings requested for home buyers. Ohio’s official “shelter-in-place” order went into effect on March 23rd.  But if you remember the week leading up to the official order prompted many homeowners and businesses began scrambling to work around the virus.

As you can see buyers are out looking at homes so while things have slowed down there is an upward tick in the activity as we work around safety concerns.  Supply and demand are still the driving forces behind the local real estate market.
