First look at Cincinnati single-family home sales during April.

April single-family home sales were 1,461, down -30.6% from 2,106 in April of 2019 and – 17.5% lower than the 1,771 sales last month.  Again, April 2020 sales were at their lowest level compared to April of 2019 and 2018.

April YTD sales of 5,838 are running -7.1%% behind last year’s year-to-date sales of 6,281.

The final numbers from the MLS arrive the third week of May.

Still the story:  Deals are handled online as much as possible.  No Open Houses.  The Multiple Listing Service of Cincinnati relaxed some guidelines and innovative virtual tours are allowed on the MLS until the crisis passes.
