Rising sale prices and a lower number of sales lead into a tight 2020 real estate market in greater Cincinnati.

Cincinnati Board of Realtors Report

The median sale price rose +8.5% compared to January 2019 and down -4.3% from December 2019.  The average sale price was up +7.0% from January 2019 and down -4.5% from last month.

The number of new listings increased by +59.5% from last month.  And down -1.5% compared to January 2019.
