January 2020 single-family home sales Greater Cincinnati are jumping in some counties.

Rising sale prices and a lower number of sales lead into a tight 2020 real estate market in greater Cincinnati.
Cincinnati Board of Realtors Report
The median sale price rose +8.5% compared to January 2019 and down -4.3% from December 2019. The average sale price was up +7.0% from January 2019 and down -4.5% from last month.
Prices
The number of new listings increased by +59.5% from last month. And down -1.5% compared to January 2019.
Inventory / New Listings / Sales
January property sales were up +8.2% from January 2019 and down -28.8% from last month.
Property Sales
The average Days on Market (DOM)for January was 46 up +21.1% from last month and down -4.2% from January 2019.
Market Time
