Waiting for Open Houses Costs Buyers

Waiting for Open Houses Costs Buyers

Voiced by Amazon Polly

The Greater Cincinnati real estate market has been super competitive for the last few years.

Some properties have multiple offers and sell quickly.  And interested buyers who wait until the weekend “Open House” may never get a chance to bid on a home or condo.

As soon as a property hits the MLS (assuming your agent hasn’t contacted you) call your Realtor®  and set an appointment to see it.  Hot properties sell within a few days of hitting the market.  Waiting a few days may cost you the opportunity to bid.

A lot of buyers are anticipating a bidding war during the first days of listing but a well crafted first offer can hit all the right spots with the seller – making a deal possible.

In short, many properties never make it the “Open House” stage.  Don’t miss a golden opportunity to buy a home within hours (or days) of listing.

Contact your agent and get inside sooner rather than later.
