The first look @ December 2019 single-family home sales in Greater Cincinnati.

Official numbers aren’t released until the 3rd week of each month.  However, this first look shows prices holding steady and a dwindling number of homes for sale.

December Property Sales were 11,466 down -1.0% from December 2o18.  And – 12.7% lower than last month. Year-to-Date sales are running + 0.3% ahead of last year.  (The final year-end numbers should be more positive than this early view)
