The first look at October single-family home sales in Greater Cincinnati.

Official numbers aren’t released until the 3rd week of each month.  However, this first look shows prices holding steady and a dwindling number of homes for sale.

October sales were 1,932 up + 4.4% from October 2018.  And + 1.4% from September 2019.  Year-to-Date sales for October of 19,410 are running +0.2% ahead of the same timeframe in 2018.
