Home sales down slightly from last month.
The median sale price rose +7.3% comparing September 2018 to September 2019. And comparing the average sale prices in the same timeframe +9.1%. However, the average sale price is down -o.1% from last month

The number of new listings decreased by – 7.1% from last month. And up +6.4%% compared to September 2018.
Inventory / New Listings / Sales
The average Days on Market (DOM)for September was equal to last month and down -9.1% September 2018.
Market Time
September’s numbers reflect slight gains in all the counties. Single-family home sales volume for the 4 counties. Data pulled from the CincyMLS.
The average sale price for single-family home sales continues to appreciate.
