A snapshot of September single-family home sales in Greater Cincinnati.

Official numbers aren’t released until the 3rd week of each month.  However, this first look shows prices holding steady and a dwindling number of homes for sale.

September sales were 1,840 down – 0.8% from September 2018.  And -17.9% from August 2019.  Year-to-Date sales for September of 17,394 are running  -0.7% behind the same timeframe in 2018.
