Home sales and prices sizzle during July in Cincinnati.

The median sale price rose +7.5% comparing July 2018 to July 2019. And comparing the average sale prices in the same timeframe +5.8%.  However, the average sale price is down -0.7% from last month

The number of new listings increased slightly +1.0% from last month.  But down –3.8%  compared to July 2018.
