The average sale price for single-family homes in Greater Cincinnati is back to pre-bust levels. The average sale price for through the end of July is $232,086.
Single-family home sales volume has slipped but rising prices is keeping the dollar volume ahead of 2018. Buyers are getting used to waiting for price reductions or overbidding on new listings.
Some price ranges – typically $400,000 and above are sitting on the market slightly longer. Fall should be an interesting market as interest rates remain low and a few more sellers are listing their homes.
